Mr. Eugene Osl has been the President of Global since its inception in 1989 and was the President of a similar firm, in partnership with another individual from 1986 to 1989. Mr. Jack Connelly came onboard early in 1995, with 32 years of corporate and contractual law experience both in Financial and Entertainment Management. He was Chairman of Boston Management Inc. in Boston, Ma. and also served as President of Prospect Music Management, Inc. and Career Entertainment Agency, Inc. located in New York City, New York.

Mr. Jonathan Rowe joined the firm late in 1997. Mr. Rowe has been engaged in transactional law since becoming a lawyer, and has worked with various businesses in putting together mergers and acquisitions. He has also worked closely with Nelson Buhler, Esq. of Buhler, King & Buhler,PA who were the attorneys that founded the Barnard Baruch Foundation.

Mr. Charles Leeds joined the firm early 1997. Mr. Leeds is an attorney and has been in private practice for 26 years. He has set up and incorporated many companies that have grown very successfully in the past years due to his counseling. Mr. Leeds is Global's General Counsel.

Mr. William R. Bonelli has over 40 years experience in finance and accounting. He has had his own consulting firm, worked in a large Wall Street investment bank as both an analyst and banker and has held positions in the US Treasury Dept.
